Northern Reflections is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Team Leader to join our team. As a Store Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Management Team in achieving company objectives and initiatives
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales budgets, daily, weekly, and year-to-date
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure team members are meeting their targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in managing contests, in-store promotions, and outreach events
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure a high-performing team
- Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-organized, and meets company standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Management Team
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty store with team leadership experience
- Proven ability to attain or exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs
