Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Management Team in achieving company objectives and initiatives
  • Meet or exceed personal and store sales budgets, daily, weekly, and year-to-date
  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure team members are meeting their targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist in managing contests, in-store promotions, and outreach events
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure a high-performing team
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-organized, and meets company standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Management Team

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty store with team leadership experience
  • Proven ability to attain or exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs
