La Municipalité de Lambton, située dans la MRC du Granit et surplombant le Grand lac Saint-François, offre un environnement dynamique et proche des citoyens. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Contremaître d'entretien pour rejoindre notre équipe municipale et contribuer au développement et au bien-être de notre communauté.

Responsabilités

  • Collaborer avec la direction générale pour planifier et coordonner les travaux et l'entretien en régie ou par contrat des infrastructures, des voies publiques, des véhicules, des bâtiments et des espaces verts.
  • Planifier et coordonner le travail des employés aux travaux publics.
  • Voir au bon déroulement des travaux effectués par les sous-traitants ainsi que des travaux de réparation et d'entretien des infrastructures de la municipalité.
  • Assurer le suivi des opérations de déneigement par les sous-traitants.
  • Recevoir, documenter et gérer les plaintes liées à l'entretien des chemins, espaces verts et bâtiments municipaux.
  • Rédiger les appels d'offres et faire les divers suivis auprès des sous-traitants.
  • Préparer et superviser le budget de son service en collaboration avec la direction générale.
  • Superviser les achats de son service et contacter les fournisseurs au besoin.
  • Effectuer des tâches d'entretien et de réparation des infrastructures, des équipements et des bâtiments de la municipalité.

Conditions de travail

  • Poste régulier à temps complet (40 heures/semaine).

  • Avoir une expérience pertinente idéalement dans le milieu municipal.
  • Détenir un permis de conduire valide classe 3.
  • Détenir les cartes de compétence OPA et ASP construction est un atout.
  • Avoir de bonnes connaissances en mécanique est un atout
  • Avoir les compétences pour opérer une niveleuse est un atout
  • Être disponible pour des horaires variables à l'occasion.
  • Bonnes habiletés manuelles et bonne capacité physique.
  • Autonomie, débrouillardise et bon sens des responsabilités.
  • Habiletés pour gérer une équipe de travail.
  • Souci du bon service offert aux citoyens
  • Entregent et bon sens du travail d'équipe.
