Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at Lyons Consulting Group. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on advanced projects in the telecommunications industry and contribute significantly to the successful implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Vlocity (SFI) CPQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Vlocity (SFI) CPQ implementations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud and Vlocity (SFI) CPQ.
  • Develop functional specifications, process flows, and user stories to guide the development and configuration of Salesforce solutions.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of test plans to ensure the implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users for successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud in the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity (SFI) CPQ is required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively engage with individuals from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds.
