Role Overview: Industrial Research Analyst
As a vital member of the JLL Research team in the Inland Empire, the Industrial Research Analyst will play a key role in enhancing our premier research initiatives that set JLL apart in the industry.
Your primary focus will be on gathering and interpreting real estate and economic data, ensuring the ongoing enhancement of our research quality, and collaborating with the Research team to effectively communicate current industrial real estate trends. The Industrial Research Analyst will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing various elements of the local commercial real estate market, economic influences, and demographic factors, leveraging this expertise for research outputs, client engagements, and business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and verify commercial real estate and economic data, including information on properties, leases, tenants, availabilities, developments, sales, and ownership.
- Adhere to established protocols to maintain data integrity within our database, regularly auditing and refining datasets.
- Analyze market data to discern trends and comprehend economic and real estate market influences.
- Present market insights and conditions to internal teams and clients as required.
- Create engaging visual representations and provide valuable insights on local market data, trends, and influences.
- Foster strong relationships with both internal and external clients while facilitating the use of our technological tools.
- Demonstrate our tools and research capabilities to internal teams and clients.
- Develop and disseminate best practice standards.

Compensation Information
The estimated total compensation range for this position is between 70,000.00 and 75,000.00 USD annually.
