We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CWB Certified Field Welder to join our team at LNS Services, a part of NorLand Limited. As a Mechanical Construction/Engineering firm, we specialize in undertaking complex, multi-faceted public and private sector projects within a single contract.

About the Role:

  • Interpret welding procedure specifications from blueprints and ensure adherence to quality control systems.
  • Operate Manual/semi auto and full auto welding equipment, including heavy equipment repairs on large excavators, dozers, and loader buckets.
  • Weld structural steel and follow NDT requirements.
  • Work independently and as a team player, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work overtime when required and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Industrial construction and/or a recognized equivalent International Trade Qualification combined with education, designations, and Red Seal certification.
  • Valid CWB-SMAW certification.
  • Class 5 License is not required, but considered an asset.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
