Job Summary
The Product Engineer- Chassis Systems -Steering Design Release Engineer will be responsible for the engineering, design, development, and production release of Chassis components and/or systems. This is a hybrid role that requires occasional travel to the US for meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Chassis components and/or systems, ensuring timely and efficient production release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test Chassis systems.
- Apply knowledge of Electronic Stability Control systems, calibration, and diagnostic experience using automotive controls system development environments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, including ISO 26262, and ensure compliance in design and development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and management.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Automotive, or Systems Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in electronic brake system development.
- Intermediate knowledge of automotive communication protocols, including CAN networks and Electrical/EMC requirements.
- Proven record of interpreting requirements from design to production.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
