- Team Leadership: Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, operations management, or business administration.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a manufacturing operations role.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the chemical industry is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
