Your Role: Investment Solutions Sales Specialist

As an Investment Solutions Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of NBC's investment solutions within our extensive branch network. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with financial advisors and planners, educating them on our comprehensive suite of investment offerings, and ultimately facilitating successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with financial advisors and planners across the branch network to introduce and promote NBC's investment solutions.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to increase awareness and generate leads for our investment products.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to advisors, answering their questions and addressing any concerns they may have regarding our offerings.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance advisors' knowledge of NBC's investment solutions and market trends.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales associates and managers to share best practices and contribute to overall sales success.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a completed Master's degree and 2 years of experience.
  • Successful completion of the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) course, Canadian Securities Course (CSC), or commitment to obtaining one within 6 months.
  • Proven ability to identify and qualify new leads through prospecting and relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
