The BMW Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Intern to support the Brand Marketing, Sales & Product areas of the business. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing sales data.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing:
- Manage and maintain the Marketing Hub, a central repository for Canadian MINI imagery, videos, and guidelines.
- Support the Digital Specialist in auditing retailer website and social media practices, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the execution of content development for Retailer Direct.
- Lead the execution of guerilla activations and support events/virtual meetups as required.
- Sales:
- Update the sales forecasting tracker document for the Director.
- Prepare visit templates and prepare for each retailer visit/virtual visit for the MINI Regional Operations Managers.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly regional reports for sales volume, sales mix, market share, etc.
- Product:
- Assist product planning with system updates in PISA, OKA & PCASO.
- Work closely with product planning to analyze system conflicts to improve efficiencies.
- In progress or recent completion of a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong organization, project management, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to own projects from start to finish and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build clear and impactful presentations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, work-intensive environment.
