Your MissionAs a Creative Director at Moment Factory, you will play a key role in shaping the creative vision of our company. You will work closely with our Producer to develop and execute projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional results. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding our creative teams and collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and expectations;
- Establish and communicate creative guidelines, strategies, and objectives for projects;
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative concepts and solutions;
- Provide guidance and support to Multimedia Directors to ensure project success;
- Make informed decisions to ensure alignment with Moment Factory's creative vision, brand, and processes;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform decision-making;
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless project execution;
- Maintain quality control across all aspects of project delivery;
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget;
- Develop and implement solutions to unexpected challenges;
- Attend regular meetings with the creative team to discuss project progress;
- Inspire and motivate the creative team to achieve exceptional results;
- Participate in the hiring process to identify top talent;
- Stay current with industry technologies and visual content production processes.
- More than 10 years of experience in creative direction, including roles such as artistic direction, visual effects, creative management, and themed entertainment;
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Keynote is an asset;
- Fluency in both French and English, with regular communication with English-speaking clients;
- Thorough knowledge of show direction, artistic direction, architecture, graphic design, motion design, 2D/3D animation, software, set design, lighting, sound design, and other relevant fields;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively in a team.
