Your Mission

As a Creative Director at Moment Factory, you will play a key role in shaping the creative vision of our company. You will work closely with our Producer to develop and execute innovative projects that exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining creative guidelines and strategies for projects
  • Collaborating with internal and external designers to bring concepts to life
  • Providing guidance and support to Multimedia Directors to ensure project success
  • Directing the decision-making process to align with Moment Factory's creative vision and brand
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform decision-making
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • More than 10 years of experience in creative direction, including roles such as artistic direction, visual effects, and creative management
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Keynote
  • Fluency in both French and English, with regular communication with English-speaking clients
  • Thorough knowledge of show direction, artistic direction, architecture, graphic design, motion design, and other relevant fields
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
