Cybersecurity Practice Leader

Bell Canada is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Practice Leader to drive revenue and EBITDA performance in our Cybersecurity practice. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of our Cybersecurity product roadmaps, including Go To Market, Sales support, and delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial performance of the Cybersecurity practice, including revenue and EBITDA growth.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Cybersecurity practice, including identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Lead the development of customer-centric product roadmaps, with a focus on delivering market-leading value propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Service Delivery, to achieve company goals.
Critical Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Cybersecurity industry, with a strong track record of building high-performance teams and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strategic thinking, focused execution, and collaborative leadership.
  • Expert knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hold one or more Cybersecurity industry certifications.
  • Experience with M&A, preferably in the Cybersecurity space.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
