**About the Role**
TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is working with a reputable architectural firm in downtown Toronto, seeking a highly experienced Associate Architect to join their leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing complex projects, managing staff schedules and resources, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation
• Manage client relationships, from early concept design to project completion
• Mentor and coach team leads, promoting best practices and providing ongoing support and feedback
• Monitor project hours, time sheets, and oversee fee management, taking corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with OAA architects, interns, and technologists across all project stages
• Develop and deliver high-quality projects, meeting client expectations and industry standards

**Requirements**
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, with a minimum of 10+ years of post-graduate experience
• OAA licensure and top-tier education credentials preferred
• Strong leadership and design skills, with expertise in Revit and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
