Job Title: Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture

Job Summary:

Hydro One Networks Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture to lead our Architecture group enabling and supporting technologies across Digital Tools, Contact Center and Meter to Bill functions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT and architecture, with experience in leading teams and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop architecture solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in enterprise architecture.

Requirements:

  • BA or BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in an architecture role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
