About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at Avenue Global Services Ltd. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality food preparation and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities across multiple restaurants.

  • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs to maintain a well-maintained kitchen environment.
  • Plan menus that meet quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Cook Trade Certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Standing for extended periods.
