Job Title: Billing Rate Clerk

We are seeking a skilled Billing Rate Clerk to join our team at Transport Rolland Menard inc.

Job Summary:

The Billing Rate Clerk will be responsible for scheduling transportation conveyances, preparing bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents, inspecting and verifying incoming goods against invoices or other documents, overseeing loading and unloading of goods, and ensuring the safe handling of heavy loads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule transportation conveyances and prepare shipping documents
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
  • Oversee loading and unloading of goods and ensure safe handling of heavy loads
  • Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Work Environment:

The Billing Rate Clerk will work in a commercial facility and will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots.
