Job Title: Billing Rate Clerk

We are seeking a skilled Billing Rate Clerk to join our team at Transport Rolland Menard inc.

Job Summary:

The Billing Rate Clerk will be responsible for scheduling transportation conveyances, preparing bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents, inspecting and verifying incoming goods against invoices or other documents, overseeing loading and unloading of goods, and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule transportation conveyances and prepare related documents
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
  • Oversee loading and unloading of goods to ensure safe and efficient movement
  • Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
