Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role.
This position is based in a pharmacy or drugstore setting, requiring the ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage pharmacy equipment and supplies.
- Process billing for third-party insurers.
- Maintain accurate inventories of medications and prescription records.
- Ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.
- Oversee inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Perform general clerical tasks.
- Handle routine office functions, including reception duties and appointment scheduling.
- Order necessary supplies and equipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory effectively.
- Provide assistance to healthcare professionals as needed.
Proficiency in MS Office is required to perform daily tasks efficiently.
