Marketing Lead, BC Region

Reporting directly to the Director, Retail Marketing, the Marketing Lead, BC Region, is responsible for driving marketing initiatives that support customer retention and lead generation for designated brands/dealerships. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute effective marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the BC marketing team in cooperation with National Marketing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for designated dealerships/brands, providing day-to-day marketing support.
  • Develop and execute yearly marketing plans for each dealership, including submitting robust briefs for creative executions that support sales & service programs.
  • Collaborate with the digital agency to manage digital advertising, online business profiles, and SEO programs.
  • Manage monthly advertising-performance reviews and collaborate with the Marketing & Experiential Lead to manage experiential initiatives for dealerships.
  • Perform monthly dealership audits (in-store experience & websites) and maintain clear lines of communication with National Marketing.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, PR, or related subject(s).
  • Keen understanding of marketing best-practices and experience writing copy for a wide range of purposes.
  • Experience creating, publishing, and delivering content for targeted audiences, including through online platforms and email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the process of developing and posting content for social media channels (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Knowledge of and experience in SEO, Google Ads.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible team player, multitasker, and creative problem-solver.
  • Five (3) years of marketing, PR, or related experience.
