Requirements:

  • Proven customer service skills with a passion for providing positive shopping experiences.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a retail produce environment, demonstrating knowledge of fresh produce handling and storage practices.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform tasks requiring standing for extended periods.
