Global Payroll Implementation Manager

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join Rippling's Global Implementation team as an Implementation Manager. You will work closely with customers across various segments to implement and drive the adoption of our global products. As an Implementation Manager, you will leverage your domain expertise and knowledge of Rippling's global products to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Each member of our team is empowered to take on independent projects and showcase their individual strengths, from product to client experience. Your work will ensure that our clients have a seamless implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities- Become a Rippling expert, providing guidance to customers and internal colleagues within 60 and 90 days, respectively.
- Partner one-on-one with clients to own the successful launch of their Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform Implementation.
- Drive customer timelines and adoption by deeply understanding client use cases and aligning them with Rippling's best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Customer Experience and R&D, to improve processes and products.
- Pitch in on developing and documenting implementation processes and best practices.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains.
- Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously and on time in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer interaction skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate multiple external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in an autonomous environment and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- 2+ years of experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success at a fast-paced SaaS company.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, Outreach, and Mac computers.
