About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Lead to join our team at Mechatronic Design Solutions Inc. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading our mechanical engineering team and contributing to the design and development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop mechanical systems and components.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to team members and contribute to the development of engineering standards and best practices.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and customers, to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in design and development.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and French).
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
