Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our project team in the design and development of mechanical systems for commercial, residential, and institutional buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for building projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in mechanical engineering and building systems
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on building systems
  • Professional engineering designation (P.Eng.) in Ontario
  • LEED Accreditation and sustainable design experience are highly desirable
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Carrier Hourly Analysis (HAP), and Microsoft Office
