POSITION SUMMARY
As a vital member of the Data & Analytics Department focusing on Analytics Solutions in Digital, you will contribute to the design and implementation of automated, distributed, and self-service analytical tools, including reports and dashboards. In your role as the Senior Data Visualization Engineer, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of our digital landscape, paired with your enthusiasm for data visualization and user experience, to refine, enhance, and innovate analytical interfaces that are intuitive, widely adopted, and facilitate high-quality decision-making throughout the organization. The skills you develop in this position will open numerous pathways for career advancement within Data & Analytics and beyond at Aritzia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop reliable, user-centric, and efficient solutions that empower self-service insights for various Digital stakeholders.
- Enhance the value of both new and existing solutions by promoting adoption and ensuring solution integrity through proactive monitoring and support.
- Oversee the product management lifecycle to effectively strategize and deliver new Data & Analytics offerings.
- Advocate for the Analytics Solutions function within the Digital Squad and the broader Data & Analytics Department through mentorship, training, and collaboration.

- Creating custom data visualizations and experiences using contemporary tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Leading the design process from concept to polished output, utilizing sketches, wireframes, UX scenarios, and mockups to convey ideas.
- Developing solutions utilizing Cloud technologies.
- Providing scalable solutions for managing large data volumes and complex, interactive reporting.
- Experience in digital analytics or marketing analytics is advantageous.
- A commitment to quality and a focus on delivering results that add value to the organization.
- A sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize critical tasks.
- A strong understanding and passion for the industry in which we operate.
COMPENSATION
The typical salary range for this role is $75,000 - $150,000 CAD annually. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may also be eligible for bonuses and equity.
