The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Analytics Senior Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Squad, you will be responsible for building trustworthy, user-friendly, and performant solutions that enable self-serve insights for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable data visualizations and data experiences using modern tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Power BI.
  • Lead the design process from ideation to polished design, using sketches, wireframes, UX scenarios, and mockups to present ideas.
  • Develop solutions using Cloud technologies and provide scalable solutions for handling large data volumes, complex, and interactive reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive adoption and enhance solution integrity through proactive monitoring and support.
  • Champion the function of Analytics Solutions in the Digital Squad and within the broader Data and Analytics Department through mentorship, training, and collaboration.

The Compensation

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
