Metalogic Inspection Services is seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join our team in the Edmonton region. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to develop industry-specific skills and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project data, including LEMs and timesheets.
  • Coordinate with operators and payroll to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review and create client invoices at contracted pricing.
  • Perform various finance duties and project work as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to provide exceptional service.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum one (1) year site experience, previous office or industry experience is an asset.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with knowledge of other Microsoft Office software.
  • TRACK / CDMS experience is an asset.
  • Previous union time entry would be considered an asset.
