Job Summary

Signal Security is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Patrol Agent to join our team. As a Security Patrol Agent, you will be responsible for conducting patrols, both on foot and in a vehicle, to ensure the security and protection of our clients' properties and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Mobile Security Services: Operate a company patrol vehicle to provide mobile security services that reflect the company's values and expectations.
  • Write Detailed Reports: Utilize company technology and web-based software to write detailed and accurate reports during each shift.
  • Arrive on Time and Meet Time Commitments: Consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, and meet time commitments.
  • Interact with Customers: Cultivate a customer service relationship with internal and external customers on site, striving to provide peace of mind.
  • Communicate with Team Members: Promptly report any customer or property-related information and concerns to the Advanced Patrol Agent or Branch Patrol Supervisor.
  • Maintain Company Equipment: Be responsible for the care of assigned Signal equipment, including radios, access keys/cards, uniforms, and devices.
  • Meet Key Benchmarks: Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by the Branch Patrol Supervisor.
  • Deescalate Issues: Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass background check and drug test
  • Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Complete training modules within first month
  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values, and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
  • Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
