Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Patrol Agent to join our team at Signal. As a Security Patrol Agent, you will be responsible for conducting patrols, both on foot and in a vehicle, to ensure the security and protection of our clients' properties and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mobile security services, operating company patrol vehicles, and adhering to site-specific instructions and post orders.
  • Write detailed and accurate reports using company technology and web-based software.
  • Arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instructions, and adhere to dress code and appearance standards.
  • Interact with internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and cultivating a customer relationship.
  • Communicate with the Advanced Patrol Agent and Branch Patrol Supervisor to report customer or property-related information and concerns.
  • Be responsible for the care of assigned Signal equipment, including radios, access keys/cards, uniforms, and devices.
  • Manage daily activities, meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by the Branch Patrol Supervisor.
  • Deescalate issues through professional communication and prompt action.
  • Participate in the Branch Supervisor Daily Scrum to receive and disseminate information, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass background check and drug test
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Complete training modules within the first month
  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values, and professionalism
  • Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
