Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at CPA Ontario. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our loading dock and mailroom services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Accept and document packages and deliveries, arrange deliveries with carriers, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Loading Dock Operations: Oversee the loading dock, operate pallet jacks, and ensure proper storage of received items.
  • Mailroom Services: Prepare items for shipping, sort and deliver incoming mail, and package and label outgoing mail.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain inventory, order materials and supplies, and perform backup duties to the facility team.
Requirements
  • Education: High school or post-secondary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment.
  • Skills: Ability to operate warehouse equipment, comfortable using hand tools, and able to lift boxes of 20-50 pounds.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Organizational: Well-organized and detail-oriented, with ability to accurately complete shipping documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
