Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT SOX Compliance Manager to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our IT controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of SOX / FDICIA IT control testing
  • Contribute to the development of key performance metrics and successful plans
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify automated and innovative solutions
  • Perform testing of IT specific internal controls and peer review
  • Support the team through effective practices and quality documentation
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. Comm. B. Math, P. ENG, MSc (Data Science))
  • CISA Designation or CPA Designation (or in the process of obtaining)
  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of SOX / FDICIA requirements and compliance
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment
