We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Development Specialist to join our team at Simply Fun Childcare Centers Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing child-care programs that meet the unique needs of each child
  • Leading activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and educational outings
  • Encouraging children to express their creativity through art, music, and play
  • Guiding children in the development of essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom
  • Observing children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and reporting to parents or guardians
  • Establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children

Requirements:

  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
