Job Title: Early Childhood Educator - Child Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Next Level Childcare Society. As a Child Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the well-being and development of children
  • Lead activities that foster learning and socialization, such as storytelling, singing, and outings
  • Guide children in developing healthy habits, including eating, dressing, and toileting
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents and guardians
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to ensure a supportive environment
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children

Requirements:

  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Experience working with children an asset
