Job Summary

The Nurse Practitioner plays a key role in upholding clinical excellence and practicing according to the standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario and our organization. Working within a collaborative healthcare team, the Nurse Practitioner delivers direct patient care based on established frameworks and guidelines. Lifelong learning is at the core of our nursing staff's commitment.

Requirements

  • Current Nurse Practitioner Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • BScN preferred
  • Certification in BCLS
  • Experience in surgical and/or rehabilitation nursing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to customer service and teamwork
  • Individual leadership skills
