Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dephine Enterprises II Inc. as a key member of our food preparation and service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards are met
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
Certifications and Licenses
  • Food Safety Certificate
