- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve business objectives. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the department is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise. Ensure accurate inventory counts and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and team performance to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to address any issues or opportunities.
- Experience: 2+ years of retail sales, execution, and operations experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail, or a related field an asset.
