Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Sales: Foster a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive a personalized and engaging experience. Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing inventory, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve business objectives. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the department is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise. Ensure accurate inventory counts and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and team performance to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to address any issues or opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail sales, execution, and operations experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail, or a related field an asset.
