We are seeking a highly skilled People & Capability Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide strategic advice and support to enable the business to achieve its goals through effective and efficient people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and assistance to management and key stakeholders to deploy suitable processes to deliver P&C programs across Performance Management, Employee Relations, Resourcing, Training, and HR Operations.
  • Conduct investigations with best practice processes and provide advice and support around performance management, EEO, and problem-solving.
  • Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Translate business strategies into specific HR actions and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Human Resources and/or Business (preferred)
  • 3 years in a similar role
  • Knowledge and a sound understanding of contemporary HR & workplace relations
  • Ability to proactively build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of the business environment and strategies
