Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to join our team at JDF Hotels Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Monitor and control hotel expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a senior role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work a 32-hour week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- English is the primary language of communication.
- Work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
