We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Wyndham Garden Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Focus: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Team Leadership: Co-ordinate, assign and review work, hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Operations Management: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel or similar environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 44 hours per week.
