About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at CIBC Bank. As a key member of our Personal and SME Banking team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement - Meet with clients to understand their business priorities and financial goals, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve success.
  • Relationship Building - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging your knowledge of financial products and services to identify opportunities and deliver value.
  • Technology Expertise - Stay up-to-date on the latest banking technologies and tools, and share your expertise with clients to help them manage their financial needs.

  • Experience - Demonstrate a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in client-facing and sales-oriented environments.
