We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Cashier to join our team at Rosslyn Inn & Suites. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cash handling and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling: Authorize payments by cheque, manage cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, oversee stock levels, and ensure efficient restocking.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, provide guidance and support, and foster a positive team environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language required
  • Permanent position
