Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Physicist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research in various areas of physics, including aeronomy and space physics, acoustics physics, and condensed matter or solid state physics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research in aeronomy and space physics, acoustics physics, and condensed matter or solid state physics
  • Develop and implement research plans and strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise
  • Present research findings and results to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field of physics
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree in physics or a related field
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in research and development
  • Equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of physics principles and theories
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent work term
  • English or French language proficiency
