Pest Control Technician Job Description

Rentokil-Terminix Canada is a leading provider of pest control services to the property management sector. Our team of certified specialists uses innovative technologies to protect millions of homes and businesses across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify infestation sources, extent of damage, and access to infested areas.
  • Apply products and set traps as per regulatory guidelines to eliminate and prevent pest infestations.
  • Provide recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestations.
  • Study preliminary reports and determine the treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestations.
  • Document all work electronically after each visit.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's license / clean driving record
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • A successful criminal background check
  • Travel
  • Bilingual candidate is preferred
