Pest Control Specialist

Rentokil-Terminix Canada is a leading provider of pest control services to the property management sector. Our team of certified specialists uses innovative technologies to protect millions of homes and businesses throughout Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting properties on a recurring schedule to identify infestation sources, extent of damage, and access to infested locations.
- Preparing and applying products on infested areas using mechanical or electric sprayers and setting traps as per regulatory guidelines.
- Providing recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestations.
- Studying preliminary reports of infested areas and determining the treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestations.
- Ensuring all work is documented and submitted electronically after each visit.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's license / clean driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A successful criminal background check
- Travel
- Bilingual candidate is preferred
Benefits:
- You are paid during your training, and any certifications you require the company will pay for

- We pay for 50% of the cost of your steel toes, once per year
- We have a matching RRSP program up to 3% of your base salary per year
- Paid personal and vacation days
- Ability to make production and commission bonuses (after 3-month probation)
