Visual Merchandising Specialist

Holt Renfrew is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to create captivating store displays and presentations that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Visual Presentation Creation: Design and implement visually appealing store installations, including window displays and interior presentations, that showcase merchandise in a compelling and engaging manner.
- Merchandise Styling: Style and dress mannequins and hard goods to create attractive and cohesive visual displays.
- Visual Standards: Ensure all visual displays adhere to corporate guidelines, standards, and directives, maintaining a consistent and high-quality visual merchandising experience throughout the store.
- Collaboration: Partner with various departments to execute visual initiatives and maintain effective communication to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Inventory Management: Rotate aged stock into displays to drive sell-through and maintain a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
- Signage and Visual Collateral: Orchestrate the placement of signage and ensure the proper maintenance of visual stockrooms and merchandising collateral.
- Health and Safety: Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of Visual Merchandising experience.
- Education: Related Fashion school and/or Visual Merchandising courses/diploma.
