About the Role:
The In-Store Marketer is a key member of our team, responsible for creating an engaging and immersive shopping experience for our customers. As a Marketing and Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be accountable for the presentation of merchandise, ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and aligned with our brand's marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and interact with customers in accordance with our service model, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
- Responsible for delivering the highest level of store fashion ability through the execution of visual presentation within our in-store marketing guidelines.
- Execute marketing objectives, including event set-up, shop set-up, and seasonal set-up, to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Transport, hang, tag, ticket, and sensor merchandise as needed, ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Make space for merchandise as needed by moving old merchandise, changing fixtures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Follow our merchandising standards and zone-o-gram integrity when stocking merchandise onto the sales floor.
- Generate innovative approaches to problem-solving, including new and novel ideas, to drive business results and improve processes.
- Look for opportunities to improve the way things are done, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create a sense of community in the team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- College diploma in retail management or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on marketing and visual merchandising.
- Experience coaching and developing a team, with a proven track record of success.
- Understanding of approach to sort given departmental store adjacencies.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
