Position Overview

As a Culinary Specialist at Grillado's Mississauga, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This permanent position offers a work schedule of 32.5 to 40 hours per week, with a focus on quality and creativity in meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.
  • Allergy Management: Skillfully prepare dishes that accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Special Dietary Needs: Collaborate with dietitians or chefs to create special meals for patients as per instructions.
  • Kitchen Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Supply Management: Order necessary supplies and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage buffets and banquets, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
