  • Guide cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty dishes for events such as banquets.
  • Oversee the activities of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Regularly prepare and cook meals or specialty foods for various occasions.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate equipment purchases and repairs to maintain kitchen functionality.
  • Consult with clients regarding their culinary needs for events.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities across multiple restaurant locations.
  • Design menus that meet our quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Recruit and hire kitchen staff to build a strong team.
