A Day in the Role of a Culinary Support Specialist:

As a Culinary Support Specialist, you will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in service, striving to surpass dining expectations. You will contribute to a culinary experience characterized by quality, consistency, and creativity. Under the guidance of the Head Chef and Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities will include assisting with daily meal preparations based on established menus, ensuring that food quality and presentation align with high dining standards, and facilitating the efficient operation of the kitchen.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A valid Food Handling Certificate

We are seeking candidates who have:

  • Two to three years of progressive experience in diverse dining settings
  • Prior experience in a fine dining establishment
  • Formal culinary training
  • Eligibility or current enrollment in a culinary apprenticeship program
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
