Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Marketplace Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Amazon Business Unit, you will be responsible for executing digital sales and marketing strategies for our products listed on Amazon USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital sales and marketing tactics through Amazon Advertising (AMS) to maximize returns across our promotion portfolios.
  • Coordinate strategies with teams responsible for Pay-per-click (PPC), Social Media, and other digital campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze retailer's in-country inventory positions and organic sell-through to optimize listings and improve customer experience.
  • Maximize and maintain visibility on ROI, ACoS, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the business, while ensuring investments stay within required budget lines.
  • Report results, measures, best practices, and issues weekly to the Global Program managers.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with Amazon Advertising or Google Ads is an asset.
  • Knowledge of the Amazon platform and its features.
  • Good understanding of SEO and keyword research principles.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Understanding of supply chain flows and logistics.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and hands-on mentality.
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate multiple time zones.
