Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the product team, including on-air talent, promotions, production, script, and digital content.
  • Maintain and update promotions calendars and promotional materials.
  • Manage follow-ups for prizes and winners.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports and analyze results.
  • Recruit and coordinate street teams.
  • Support programming and promotions through social media initiatives.
  • Oversee on-site activities, including supplier contacts and visibility arrangements.
  • Manage inventory of promotional materials and station apparel.
  • Develop strategies for social media engagement during street events.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, administration, marketing, or a related field focused on digital.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent writing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other presentation software.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Positive attitude towards teamwork with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; proactive, diligent, efficient, and results-oriented.
  • Creative and resourceful mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Proficiency in English is required, as interaction with both French and English-speaking stakeholders will be necessary.
Additional Information
