Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the product team, including on-air talent, promotions, production, script, and digital content.
- Maintain and update promotions calendars and promotional materials.
- Manage follow-ups for prizes and winners.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and analyze results.
- Recruit and coordinate street teams.
- Support programming and promotions through social media initiatives.
- Oversee on-site activities, including supplier contacts and visibility arrangements.
- Manage inventory of promotional materials and station apparel.
- Develop strategies for social media engagement during street events.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, administration, marketing, or a related field focused on digital.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent writing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other presentation software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Positive attitude towards teamwork with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills; proactive, diligent, efficient, and results-oriented.
- Creative and resourceful mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in English is required, as interaction with both French and English-speaking stakeholders will be necessary.
